Shannon does such a great job with the kids. Its a great place for kids to learn about fitness.
Surface Fitness is a wonderful place for kids. My kids have attended several winter, spring, and summer camps. Each camp/week has a unique theme and the kids loved it all! My kids also go to the regular fitness classes -- they are a good mix of fitness, nutrition education, and fun active games. Ms. Shannon and her staff create an excellent environment where kids build confidence and healthy habits. We are so lucky to have such a gem in our community!
