Paul and Erica arrived just after I opened the garage door for them. They cleaned 3 pieces of living room furniture in no time at all. Cleaned my area rug for free. Very happy with the work and how fast they worked. Took about an hour. Thanks Paul and Erica!

Muriatic acid was used to remove the carpet glue from the terrazzo floors, which ruined the floors. Paul did say this would be used, but never mentioned it would ruin the floors. Paul purposely damaged the floors to try to make more money. Paul knew the baseboards had just been painted and when asked if I should be concerned, Paul said âNoâ. As a result, the baseboards were damaged from the machine Paul used to clean the floors.
