I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Surface Burial Vault and Monument Company. They removed personal items from the gravesite due to an outstanding balance of $175. What is even more troubling is that they claimed to have contacted the point of contact regarding the issue, but no such communication was ever received. The lack of transparency and respect for the graveside is deeply unsetting, and the failure to notify the proper individuals before hand is unacceptable. Desecrating a gravestone over a $100 payment that wasn't even known about is OUTRAGEOUS, and y'all should be ashamed of yourselves because this is truly disgusting!! Try getting a response before doing the unthinkable next time, and I truly hope this affects your business.
