You over promised on tile delivery date, and under delivered (“no room on delivery truck, so sorry”). Was told my contractor could drive to Kent from Lacey to pick up. He won’t be doing this. I cancelled 2 appts to start job on this Monday. Now I run the risk of my contractor picking up a different job. I don’t blame him. Not a good first experience.
Ran into surface art to get some pencil and trim marble moulding. Paige Nicoletti was so incredibly helpful! She found the matching trim to my marble pieces and was an overall joy to work with. Highly recommend!
