Stay away from this property. Beautiful until you check out, when they surprise you with random baseless charges. Had a good trip but this stay left a bad after taste. Great learning from this trip, what to do to protect yourself and how people try to rip you off. DO NOT STAY HERE AND IF YOU DO PLEASE TAKE PICTURES OF EVERY SINGLE CORNER AND EQUIPMENTS WHEN YOU ENTER FIRST.
Bad communication n host charged us for the things we didn't even do . Very disappointed. Won't suggest anyone as we got fooled.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS ACCOMMODATION. You will be asked to pay for damages that you haven't even done and try and rip you off even for normal cleaning. Heaps of other options around the area. Luckily VRBO and ACCC gives enough options to protect the guests otherwise this host will try and make as much money as possible out of guests.
Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this stay to anyone as Owner is very unresponsive and trying to scam the people into paying extra for the stuff which was already broken/not in working condition. BBQ was not cleaned properly before we arrived at the property. Check out instructions are ambiguous. Owner is not complying to ACCC guidelines and trying to charge the guests without providing actual itemised invoices.
