So far up and down California the best locations are Delano, Oroville and Yuba City. Hugo at the Delano location definitely want above and beyond and told me about a new feature on trucks where they allow the brushes to get the back window and the tailgate. They never offer that at any other locations.
Does not dry my car all the way sometimes. I have to go back and wash my again, and when it’s done, my car is still wet
Cashier Ruby is by far the best staff member at this location. She’s articulate, friendly, smiles, makes eye contact. I mention these qualities because she’s probably in her later teens/early 20’s. That kind of customer service is hard to find in the younger generations. She was also able to remove one of my vehicles from my account in person, when just the previous day at this same location another cashier told me I could only do it online.
There car wash leaves scratches on the paint.
