This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a business. We had memberships with this location which we terminated in July of 2025 because we were dissatisfied with the job the car wash does in actually getting the cars clean compared to how much the membership cost. This location sporadically started charging my wife's card for a phantom membership earlier this year without our consent or agreement. This place is great William and Lauren always take the time to make sure I have a good experience, prices aren’t bad and the vacuums and air hoses are free!!!
Really impressed with this Surf Thru! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was super clean, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Honestly, this is one of the best Surf Thru locations I’ve been to, definitely better than some of the others I’ve visited. Great customer service and a great team!
