AVOID!!! This car wash substantially damaged our tires and refused to show evidence (or lack of evidence) despite admitting they had video of our car moving through the wash. They said they reviewed it and didn't see anything, but that's quite suspicious given they refused to show us the video. We had just bought this car less than a month earlier, therefore, we had pics as evidence of the condition of the tires prior. This place was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend it! Athena helped me and she was so sweet, friendly and extremely helpful! Despite all the technical difficulties, she powered through and delivered the best customer service! My car was squeaky clean afterwards. The vacuums and window spray plus the microfiber towels were a huge help - my car literally has never looked so clean! Go here to get your car washed, and if you have Athena, just know you’re in great hands!!! 🥰✨

I would avoid this car wash, I noticed these scuff marks on my rim when I got home after. Something felt weird during my last wash, I heard a strange clunk sound at one point. That driver front tire was not cleaned like the others but instead damaged.
