I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Surf Thru Car Wash in Bee Cave was extremely disappointing. I paid for a wash and went through the car wash twice because my vehicle was still noticeably dirty after the first pass. Even after the second wash, there were still areas of dirt and grime left on the vehicle. When I spoke with management, I was hoping they would work with me as a customer, whether that meant upgrading the wash, offering a partial refund, or finding some reasonable solution. Good modern equipment, reliable vacuums, consistent clean, fresh towels and window cleaner, staff always respectful and helpful all one can expect for automatic car wash - is not a hand wash if you expect a detailed wash...
Customer service is 10/10! I accidentally threw a bag of clothes in the trash can while cleaning out my car, didn't realize until hours later, and came back to see that the trash had been taken to the dumpster since I was previously there. One of the workers (I wish I caught his name) searched through probably seven trash bags that he fished out of the dumpster himself until we found my bag of clothes. So grateful for their kind service!!
