$40.00 at First I thought was expensive, but did 5 car washes in 3-1/2 weeks. Reno/Sparks is very Dusty!! Considering we ALL live in a desert state!!!
Staff won’t get back to me about canceling a “one month only” membership promo. An employee on duty kept asking for a sign up and promised it would not renew unless I requested it. They charged me the renewal and the store nor the customer service line (and website) has not returned any calls or emails.
The brushes don't come down on top of car with express #3 wash (least it didn't when I came through) and the brush for the passenger side worked but didn't touch my car (it just spun next to it). I'll run it through today to see if maybe it was malfunctioning if not gonna cancel my membership.
Not terrible but there's no way to dry your car. The blowers at the end barely give you a chance before the car wash kicks you out. And there are no towels at the vacuum station to use like there are at other car washes like this one. Also the tire shine didn't shine anything. It really wasn't worth much. Maybe if I had gotten the cheap wash. 🤷♀️
