Went to the middle lane to pay for a single wash. Middle lane says it’s for members or self-pay (left lane says Cashier). I chose the most expensive package. $22 Says it comes with dash wipe, air freshener, etc. So off I go for my wash, thinking maybe the guy inside the wash will give me my extras. Nope So after I wash, dry, and vacuum my truck I walk around the front to ask if there is a restroom, the gal at the office says, “not for the public.” But I’m a paying customer, not the general public. Member drive thru doesn't work most of the time. Usually when it's full with customers. Mostly concerning, no one comes out to clear you through or fixes their problem. Hoping things gets better.
The most disorganized place I have ever been in, I paid $45 dollars and after one and a half hours no one had touched my car in the full service lane. I asked the car behind me to please back up and I was able to leave. I just moved here and I will NEVER return to this establishment!!!!! I have figured this was a cheap lesson for me, after watching them on other cars I was happy to just leave… lesson learned!!!!!
