The wash scratched up my car pretty bad. Spoke to a young lady Janiah and she took a report I know it wasn’t her fault. Sweet lady you could tell she felt bad about the whole situation and said they’d be in contact. Hopefully they make it right. (Update) They have ghosted me

Waited 15 minutes for so called express car wash Left without getting wash because this made me late. I have 8 cars that will never be washed here again. Very angry terrible customer service
