The wash scratched up my car pretty bad. Spoke to a young lady Janiah and she took a report I know it wasn’t her fault. Sweet lady you could tell she felt bad about the whole situation and said they’d be in contact. Hopefully they make it right
Waited 15 minutes for so called express car wash Left without getting wash because this made me late. I have 8 cars that will never be washed here again. Very angry terrible customer service
Best car wash around. Best services. Vacuums very strong
The queue has been messed up here so I didn't get the right car wash and had to go again. The machine has been broken several times I've been here, too.
They have been charging me monthly payments for SEVERAL months after I went and got a SINGLE car wash. I made it very clear I did NOT want the membership because I do not live in town. I have called numerous times and submitted requests to have them stop, but they continue to charge me. I would never suggest anyone go here ever.
