Rude staff & will not be back at Pyramid location. It has gone down in the past 12 months. Other locations are all great!

I purchased an unlimited wash membership and the first visit to receive my membership sticker I was told my information was not found in the system and I'd have to come back another day to speak to the manager to sort it out. The membership was charged and the money taken from my account but I am unable to use the membership. Not a great way to start off. I'll be visiting the manager for a full refund and visiting a different car wash.

Worst carwash experience ever….They put a person at the tunnel named Maggeine who doesn’t know how to operate the tunnel and wasted 20 minutes of my time. Also after re entering the carwash, When I asked for a manager a person name Gresiline was worst at handling the situation. she wasn’t ready to talk although she admitted she was the supervisor and was walking away in the middle of the discussion.Worst team by Surf Thru in this location…Save yourself some time and go to Spanish Springs location, They are the best.
