I wanted to love this place but they definitely dropped the ball. Went thru twice trying to get the premium wash that I payed for but for some reason the facility would only give me the cheap wash. The person working was very nice and said that the queue was not working properly. I did not have time for a third spin thru. Paid for premium received basic wash. Do better folks!
