I’m getting pretty frustrated that every time I go the vacuums have no suction!!! I moved 3x while there today and all of them were terrible. No point in having a membership when the vacuums don’t work.
The staff at the entrance was friendly, polite, and welcoming, and I appreciated the smiles and courtesy. I purchased the Works Express Wash, but unfortunately, the pre-wash service was disappointing. The attendant didn't seem very thorough, especially around the front of my car, and I had to go through the wash a second time and request additional attention. Overall, it was an average “you get what you pay for” experience that could use more attention to detail. 🚘
