I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this location, specifically with an employee named Isabella. I went through for my first time with a prepaid wash card I originally bought at the Yuba City location. When I scanned it, it incorrectly showed zero washes left, even though I had only used 2–3.
