If you enjoy waiting 15 to 20 minutes for your car to be washed by a machine and it not be clean when you come out, then this is the place for you! Their fast pass scanners rarely work and the employees have very little care of knowledge of how to help. Had a wash membership for over a year I just canceled because it’s not even an isolated incident. All locations in Reno share the same problems and have for months. Don’t waste your money.
