Looks are deceiving. Too many concerning signs of poor business practices. Took advantage of their single purchase = 1-month unlimited usage promotion. Returned 5 additional times (6 total) in 30 days. Something was wrong, broken, missing, or different on each visit, including my very first. Staff were generally polite, but ultimately not helpful when I asked questions about inconsistent experiences related to the combination of human and mechanical washing techniques. Used to be okay but today the top brush did work. Car is still dirty Avoid them
Car wash is poorly maintained. The workers in the front only spray one side of your car and don’t seem to care. The automated pressure washers inside the car wash are out of adjustment and not fully spraying the car. This has been an issue for the past month and nothing done about. Not impressed.
fast easy worth the effort
We pay $80 a month for our two vehicles. There always seems to be some sort of problem with this place, whether its air nozzles not working, vacuums clogged, getting the wrong wash, etc.. We pay for the graphene extreme subscriptions for both our vehicles. Today I went thru, the graphene didnt spray on my truck. Sign upon leaving said I received the ultimate wash. Went and told employee and he sent me thru again, this time I received the bottom tier express wash... told him again, sent me back thru, received the #2 ultimate ... read more
