Terrible service! While I was in the middle of the car wash and my car was covered with soap, the water shut down, the car lane stopped pushing my car through, the washers stopped, the gate closed. I was told to go to the officer and get a voucher for a free car wash. The manager said they don't give vouchers, to come back when they got it fixed or go to another location. I received no compensation for the inconvenience and lack of service. I highly recommend going to a different car wash.
I went through with my car and received multiple scratches on both sides of my car, some scratching down to the bare metal along with that my headlights also got burnt from the brushes. When I got to the vacuums 2 of them didn’t work. If you have a nice car I wouldn’t recommend this car wash unless your wanting up to $500+ dollar in damages.
