I have been a customer for over 2 years now and i have to give up on them and find somewhere else. Originally they scrubbed the bugs off before you even went through. Now your lucky if the disgruntled underpaid employee lines you up right and mists your windshield. I had a monthly membership but 2 vehicles. They make you buy a subscription for each vehicle. So I got rid if that and got there card 5 washes a month. They don't roll over and I have repeatedly had trouble with there billing. It was supposedly fixed twice. Well I... read more
We have drippy Locust trees which cover everything with a fine sap mist. I decided to check out this place and bought a pkg where I can go as many times I want for a month and the second month was 'free', so every time I go to the area, I go thru. Takes about 2 mins, so I can be on my way quickly. I've been in there at least 2-4 times a week! Now, come my free month!
These guys never answer the phone, I was having billing issues with these guys for a year because they were charging me for 3 vehicles when I only have 2. Talked to different managers and left my number there so many times and still have not got a refund or a call back. This is why people don't want to do autopay with company's smh
