Love the newly remodeled rooms. This is always one of my favorite places to stay in Laguna Beach. Such an amazing property!
Delayed check-in by about two hours. The package that was coordinated before hand, roses, rose pedals, etc. to celebrate our 18th anniversary did not happen we walked into a plain room. They provided a late check out but locked us out of our room. The best part of the trip was the remaining view we had and the valet service.
We have stayed here for many years and we came back again after the renovations, and it is truly exquisite what they have done with the property. From the moment upon check into the in room, dining everything about this place is incredible. What adds to the experience is the incredible hospitality presented by the employees that we have interacted with during our stays.
