I absolutely love Surf Salutations! From day one, everyone made me feel so welcomed, which isn’t always the case at boutique fitness studios. It has such a warm and friendly atmosphere! I also love that the classes are small, so you get more personalized instruction and attention. Such a great space to be intentional with YOU TIME! I love the variety of classes offered and the community is so welcoming. I recommend trying their promotional packages so you can try any or all the classes! So worth a try!
I’ve been to many yoga studios through the years and this is consistently my favorite. There are class options for all fitness goals - traditional Power yoga with vinyasa, strength/Pilates, Yin and special event classes with sound, massage and acupuncture infusions. The teachers are all amazing! The owners are engaged and have created a welcoming and beautiful space to enjoy your practice. Highly recommend this studio.
