Surf Salutations is such a welcoming space and community! I had been out of practice for several years, and participate mainly in the heated Yoga sculpt, heated Yin, and Mellow. It's all helped my back, shoulder, and knee injuries by building flexibility and strength. Megan and her team are wonderful, patient, and supportive. I absolutely love this yoga studio! Only studio in the area that I have found that offers consistent prenatal yoga. As an expecting mama it was so important to me to meet some women on the same journey and be able to stretch my body while connecting with baby. Here at Surf Salutations you get it all! 🤰🏼💗 They have a huge variety of classes and the events are so fun and unique! I took an inversion workshop with Emma and absolutely loved it, she is so personable and has a lovely energy! She explained and demonstrated the balancing mechanics very well and showed us exercises to work up to full inversion ability. I achieved my own goal of doing forearm headstands as I couldn’t figure out my balance prior to her class. Thank you Emma, you’re awesome!
