Surf Salutations has been an absolute game changer for me over the last year in which I’ve been lucky enough to be a member here! Surf Salutations is my favorite studio, and Jennifer Lovas is hands down my favorite instructor. All of her classes are calm, welcoming, and perfectly paced. I always leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and so much better than when I walked in. Highly recommend both!!
This studio is a gem. Megan is a fantastic owner and instructor. I've also been taking classes with Jennifer and she is truly exceptional. She always takes time to listen and adjust the session to the energy in the room and what everyone needs most. Every class feels intentional and uplifting. One of the best yoga instructors I’ve had.
I love this space! Megan is such a great teacher. I’ve felt very uplifted coming here to build strength and be in community. Excited to be coming more often since its so close to me!
Surf Salutations is such a welcoming space and community! I had been out of practice for several years, and participate mainly in the heated Yoga sculpt, heated Yin, and Mellow. It's all helped my back, shoulder, and knee injuries by building flexibility and strength. Megan and her team are wonderful, patient, and supportive.
