Surf Salutations is for the moms! It’s a wonderful yoga studio with fantastic classes. I feel so blessed to have been able to take their prenatal yoga and Pilates classes while I was pregnant and continued on to the mom & groom classes with my baby. The community is incredible and it’s seriously the best studio around! I highly recommend.

I love this studio! The environment is so welcoming and the instructors are intentional. This space makes me feel excited to move my body every week!
I'd highly recommend surf salutations! The extensive variety of yoga, Pilates, sculpt, strength, lift classes, and one-time workshops encourages you to step outside your comfort zone and try classes you might not have otherwise considered!
