Such a great work out gym. I like the variety of classes and especially how Lydia really helps your form in strength classes and I like Michelle classes as well, the classes are small so you get enough attention.

Surf Salutations is the local yoga studio Oceanside was missing! A serene & welcoming space to practice yoga. Excellent instructors as well.

I stumbled across Surf Salutations during a lull in my fitness routine. I decided to try it out, although the idea of a small studio was a little bit intimidating to me. I’m so happy I went. I’ve now been a member of Surf Salutations for almost 2 years. The variety of classes is great, there’s always a fun challenge happening or event going on and the instructors are excellent. I arrived about 10 minutes early to my first mat pilates class and let the instructor know that I was a complete beginner to mat pilates with only past yoga experience. Despite sharing this, I was not offered any modifications before class, and during the workout, I received zero real-time feedback, form corrections, or suggested modifications. This place is the BEST! Honestly, it's the first time I genuinely look forward to working out. The classes are great for all levels, the teachers are welcoming and good at their craft. The owner is AMAZING, so sweet & a great teacher in her own right. Many different class options. Highly recommend!
