Cute boutique studio with a variety of classes! The owner Megan is very intentional with how she runs the studio and offerings for her students! Positive and fun environment :)
I recently attended a yin class with Emily, and it was a deeply calming experience from start to finish. The pace was slow and intentional, with each pose held for several minutes, allowing for a full release of tension in both the body and mind. The instructor did a wonderful job guiding us with clear cues while also giving space for quiet reflection.
I love this studio Very friendly really qualified teachers I would highly recommend it. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.
As an avid yoga teacher and lifelong yogini, I absolutely loved my experience at Surf Salutations. Every class I took was thoughtfully led, and the teachers are truly incredible, each bringing their own unique style, perspective, and energy to the space. I had never tried yoga before joining this studio, but from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The sense of community they've created here is warm, inclusive, and uplifting. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do. No matter your level, they help you feel comfortable while still helping you grow in your yoga practice. I'm so grateful to have found this studio. I can't recommend it enough!
