5 stars goes to Franzi at reception. She is so helpful, kind and helped us out from a stressful situation with another hotel we had to get out of. Her partner Dorian is lovely too. This is what made our stay. Franzi went above and beyond, so grateful and impressed. The heated pool is amazing and spa. Tennis court fantastic too. Best facilities. Loved the spa in the room too. Everyone staying and living their was so friendly. Very quiet and beautiful views of the hinterland. Close to everything. Highly recommend staying here ... read more

The staff were amazing here. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms are a bit older but has everything you need (would maybe recommend to have more toilet paper in rooms for longer staying guests). Amenities in room were great. Had everything we needed in kitchen (except scissors), bathroom had our own washer and dryer which is awesome instead of having to use a laundromat, hotel is close to trams also which is good. And a great little snack vending machine in lobby ❤️ also extremely helpful having so many brochures for everything... read more

Fantastic location, amazing staff that are so very helpful. The amenities are brilliant, the room was awesome although did show its age. Having your own washer and dryer in your room is amazing for longer stays. 2 single beds together left a little to be desired but were still individually comfortable.
