Beautiful Condominiums that is very well kept. Recently upgraded which is especially nice. Right on the beach
BEWARE True Southern Hospitality! Be sure upon your arrival, you download an app to timestamp photos or video. We were charged for $109 for a lamp that was broken upon our arrival. Yeah, I am sure somewhere in the rental agreement it says to contact immediately if you find a problem. I shouldn't have to do the job of your team. Unit inspection prior to new occupancy is your job, not mine. The unit we stayed in, 501, had a pungent smell upon arrival, clogged sink and two cabinet doors falling off.
