Super unprofessional company they will do anything in there power to sign you up and once your panels are on an something brakes or goes wrong no one is be found and will leave you in the dark for weeks if not months with your panels not working
Hats off to this company. They went above and beyond. When they arrived they shoveled their way to the front porch in 17 degree weather to install my microinverter after a heavy snow. They also took pictures of the paper work and forwarded them to the office so the panel could be visible in the app. They respond quickly to texts. I will definitely use them for any other problems.
This company calls me constantly like a psychopathic ex. Please stop.
After a couple of months of installation Surf Clean energy finally returned my call and personally brought the $1500 rebate that was promised.
The installers just left but overall I'm happy customer so far. The whole process was pretty stress free and quick. Kyle and the installation team were great- quick, informative and professional. 10/10, would definitely recommend ETA- 9/8/2025 they promise a $1000 installation bonus but what they don't tell you is they drag out the inspection process because they don't have the man power to show up to scheduled inspections. Two stars because I'm still happy with having solar but the company has become annoying to deal with.... read more
