The prices are way overpriced, and the staff (who I believe is the owner) was extremely unfriendly. They didn’t even initiate the Apple Pay option on the POS system, yet blamed the customer. Even after realizing it was their own mistake, they kept shifting the blame instead of taking responsibility. This place really ruined the otherwise nice image of the hotel. I would give a negative rating if I could—I don’t understand why I’m forced to give at least one star.
Purchased a charm bracelet for my daughter on vacation and several charms. Two days later one of the charms randomly broke. Tried to just exchange it and the employees (maybe owners) stated it wasn’t broken when we sold it so we can’t exchange it. Maybe not but this was an overpriced charm that broke for no reason in days. I won’t be purchasing from them again if they don’t back up their merchandise.
Nice little shop but so overpriced. 5 dollars for a small Diet Coke and 8 dollars for a litter of water. They don’t put price tags on these overpriced items and you will get surprised during checkout.
