I love this place! Kim, the owner, is incredibly friendly and welcoming—she truly makes every visit feel personal. Cryotherapy can feel a little intimidating at first, but she makes the entire experience so easy and comfortable. She’s so easy to talk to that the time flies by in the machine. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants everyone to have a great experience. I always leave feeling refreshed and so glad I came!
Don’t go here if you are trans, super horrible experience with trans hate.
