Amazing experience. Friendly staff, helpful and informative. Safety process was very smooth and detailed! Easiest company to deal with by far and they were not over crowded and had reasonably rates! Will be booking with them again when visiting Kelowna!
One hundred percent recommend Nic with Surf City for anyone looking for a stress free boat rental experience. Boat was incredibly clean, I mean spotless, and tons of room for our large party with 5 kids. Nic was super helpful with everyone wanting to ride the tube, even the more apprehensive little ones. Made everyone feel super comfortable, and made for the most memorable event of the summer for everyone. Couldn't say enough nice things about this company, will most definitely be booking again!
Nick took my friends and I out for my bachelorette in July. The boat was awesome and he made us all feel comfortable. Even though the weather didn't allow us to surf we ended up having such a fun day! Nick brought us back safely and made it a fun experience for all of us! Thank you for the memories and we would definitely do another boat rental in the future
