Great experience with this company! We rented the e-beach Wagon and it was a game-changer. Getting to and from the beach was so easy. The wagon was in perfect condition and was easy to use, charge, and store. The wagon was delivered before we arrived and picked up right before we left. Highly recommend the company and especially the e-beach Wagon!
Called many times with Not one person answering the phone. They only direct you to their website. We tried for three days to rent two bicycles from this company, Completely without any assistance from them. We went to two locations because their website and Google said that they rent bikes as well as them emailing us stating to go to these locations. We showed up And the employees just look confused. I rented 3 beach bikes from Surf Buggy for a week vacation. The service was excellent and friendly! They delivered the bikes to my vacation rental as expected and they picked up the bikes at the end of the week. What makes their service exceptional is the help I got when i got a flat tire on the middle of a ride (nowhere near my condo). I called the main number for Surf Buggy, told them the issue and they sent a truck to me in ten minutes. Their employee gave me a new bike and took the old one away. Don't know what I would do without Surf Buggy. We have been renting from them for the last six years and never had a problem. Baby cribs are comfortable and well maintained and beach carts are easy to get around in the sand. When we ran into a problem last year with the crib getting "lost" at the wrong hotel, they didn't punish us, and had the new crib delivered within an hour.
