Everyone has been saying it and I agree, Surf Bagel has gone downhill. Bagels are seldom toasted long enough, sausage patties seem thinner and yesterday's cheesesteaks were subpar. The bread was cold, which might be the norm, and the meat didn't even fill the bread. Everything seems very chintzy. We, and all our visitors have always loved Surf Bagel but not so much anymore.
