I brought my car in for repair after damaging my bumper very badly in a large pothole. Sean promised me my car would be ready in a certain time frame, and they were right on schedule! Kory, the owner, explained what had to be done and was helpful with all my questions. When I got my car back the repairs and paint job were fantastic, AND my car was washed and cleaned on the inside. My car looks great, the service excellent, and the price reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop:)
I had a great experience at Surf Avenue Auto Body...They explained everything they had to do to my car, dealt with the insurance company and car rental company. They did a great job, my car looks better now than when I dropped it off! Highly recommend this shop!
My car is currently in this shop due to a motor vehicle accident. I must say, I am very impressed with the service so far. Kory M. has been amazing with communication and is very professional at all times. He has called me with updates and followed up with me whenever I ask questions. From the second I was greeted to the final repair of my vehicle I felt like family not only did Kory Maurati made sure the rental was @ shop on time but he also explained everything before i signed anything.I cant say enough about this place only that I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone out ther looking for good honest repair shop!Thanks again Kory
Beware of this place. Just like any bodyshop, they lied and not willing to fix their mistake. I paid twice as much since the toyota dealer recommended them, but the work was subpar. Horrible experience. The work was longer than promised, which cost me extra days for car rental. Basically, they did a bad job and claimed afterward that they did me a favor by fixing it...what the heck I was paying for? Very sad when this is a new car. Stay away!
