PPL WALKING IN MY ROOM WHEN NOT THERE STEALING MEDICATIONS SO HAD TO BUY A SAFTY DEPOSIT BOX NO CAMERAS MAKE POLICE REPORTS NO MANAGER ON SITE EVEN AFTER ALL THIS WANTED TO RENT AGAIN CAUSE PRICE IS RIGHT BUT IF POWER GOES OUT 4 AM. HAD TO WAIT PROBLEM WITH AIR WAITED 15 HRS TO B FIXED WAS DENIED THIS YEAR GUESS MY MONEY NOT GOOD ENOUGH SHAME OWNER OWNS BEST PANCAKE HOUSE GOOD LUCK LOST A LOYAL FAMILY THAT EATS THERE FOR 30 YEARS DID MEET GREAT ... read more
Owner treats his guests as burdens also there was no property manager on site you have to wait until 4 am to get a response if there is an issue. There are no security Measures in place for guests property. The building is in a great location but the owner needs to have onsite Representation to care for problems that occur after all the guests are paying a lot of money upfront and without these people wildwood will suffer.
