Started dealing with Surex a couple years ago and the broker assigned to me Matt Frogley has gone above and beyond to help find me the best rates and gone out of his way when we were buying a new vehicle on a weekend to ensure we had our paperwork ready for pickup on a Sunday. 10 outta 10!
I switched to Surex a few years back now, via online communications, and was assigned Jeremy as my broker. Unlike myself, Jeremy is always on his game! He communicates swiftly with a real phone call, which I appreciate. He also works with my ADHD by following up with an email, sometimes a text, or another phone call during times when my ADHD sends my attention elsewhere and I need an extra reminder. My Broker is Cassidy, Amazing service always responds a day later if not the same day. Very helpful helping me navigate insurance policies as a first time policy holder. Best place to be at whether its your first time getting insurance or you need someone to handle it for you, they make changes, handle your renewals and even cancellation. Definitely would recommend
My advisor, Candice Hewlett, was great! I had moved to a new province and needed insurance. She went above and beyond to find me an affordable policy and had every thing in place super quickly. I’m incredibly thankful for her help and kindness. Update: After initially signing me up Candace was a nightmare to deal with. Getting her to respond to an e-mail was like pulling teeth.
