Do not rent with this company. This company is Horrible!! They don't respond to any of your emails or calls, they ignore you constantly and do not care about you. We have been without heat, water, electricity for weeks and months sometimes and nothing gets resolved. One of their workers came to take care of a dead tree and broke all our solar lights near the pool and left piles of garbage in the backyard (never replaced the lights or didn't complete the job) I have put tickets in to repair the family room electricity and it ... read more

Chris Menapace is by far the best property manager I have had in Arizona. While I cant speak for the rest of the company I am very thankful to have such an efficient, caring and helpful property manager. She knows when there is an urgent problem and has someone sent out immediately. Recently my hot water tank leaked and she had a plummer out to replace it all in one visit and after hours.
