A very thorough exam followed by an in-depth discussion about my situation and possible next steps.
I absolutely recommend Sure Vision in Alton. They are super knowledgeable, professional and personable. Zach took his time with me to explain each procedure that was being performed and to make sure I was comfortable during the tests. To me that speaks volumes. Stephanie was also amazing, she took time to fix my glasses which she didn’t even have to do. She did it out of kindness. I highly recommend Dr Weiss as well, super knowledgeable and pleasant to meet with. I definitely recommend this office.
Dr Bourne was amazing…although I had 3 appointments with complete (asI considered) establishing my new Prescription. But I will be charged an additional $ 40 fee to receive the Prescription to obtain needed glasses due to prescription changes because they do not take my eye insurance.. never really had this occur …Ever…and I have had glasses for over 50 years!!!
I was having eye trouble and saw my eye doctor in Chicago. She said the trouble was due to cataracts and we scheduled surgery. A friend convinced me to get a second opinion with her doctor, Larry Gans. I have never been so pleased with the level of professionalism of the whole office. I've never had such a thorough examination and been given so many details about the health of my eyes.
