Unresponsive and negligent. Ignored for weeks. Can’t contact the person you call, just sent to voicemail, and left to wonder if anyone will ever call back. They will not. Had to go into the office weeks after closing to learn that we’ve been misled for weeks. If your realtor suggests this company, suggest otherwise.
At the closing table I give them my Irs tax due money for pay off my irs tax. They send check to the irs without my ssn and name it’s been 2 years still my irs tax didn’t pay off. it was there mistake but they don’t helping me for fixing this issue very unprofessional staff work there. After 2 years now I have to hiring attorney for my money back. I recommend don’t closing with them stay way from them.
