DONT USE SURETY... Surety canceled an escrow check...YES - and they did this without notifying us (the sellers) when a buyer backed out with no reasons. They did not respond to emails. They said they would rectify the situation but they took no actions. I raised this to their management and they did nothing also. Definitely consider Shore Title or a reputable title company in Ocean City.
