The entire team at Surety was amazing. They are very responsive, very knowledgeable, and we’re very accommodating during the process. Everything felt both professional and personal at the same time and I can’t rave enough about this company. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.
As a retired Title Officer, it has been a long, painful experience. Selling your home should be a good thing but Surety Title is Not the company to make the experience at all pleasant. No checks were brought to the closing; no final water or sewer readings were done until I called, a month after the closing, to inquire about the refund of the money held to pay. When they finally got them done, I had paid for the new owner's water for two months. The check's in the mail. Their last words.
This office is no longer managed by the same team as before. I have experienced lack of communication and rude employees. I will be taking my title elsewhere
