I do not recommend Surety1 based on my experience. I paid them to file my FMCSA surety bond, and they charged my payment but never filed the bond with FMCSA. Because of their failure, my business was affected. After taking my payment, they stopped answering my phone calls and never responded to my emails. The lack of communication and customer service was extremely frustrating. If you need an FMCSA surety bond, I strongly recommend choosing a more reliable company. My experience with Surety1 was very disappointing.
Wont issue a paid for bond after requesting the copy for 7 months. I asked the rep not to talk to me like I was retarded and she became offended that I asked her to stop speaking to me like I couldn't understand. Refused to transfer me. Refusing to do her job. Refusing to accept the tone I decided she was talking to me in. They don't want to help, specially with renewals. You call and they say they will respond to email within 24 hours and its been over a week, Adan the renewals guy is rude and doesnt want to help!

Very good at promising to be able to get a bond.. bad on delivering. They mentioned they could get it "same day or next" - didn't happen. No communication over the weekend. Now I'm stuck with a container in port and trying to figure this out at 5am in Asia.. Thanks Surety1! good job.
