Very good at promising to be able to get a bond.. bad on delivering. They mentioned they could get it "same day or next" - didn't happen. No communication over the weekend. Now I'm stuck with a container in port and trying to figure this out at 5am in Asia.. Thanks Surety1! good job.
Absolutely horrible. We were trying to renew the bond and the email they contacted us via says it’s not associated with any account. The guy on the phone said there is no other way to pay and that he couldn’t help us find any information, then hung up the phone on us. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS WE DID Also there is a $7 fee to make an online payment, but they don’t take payment any other way… this company doesn’t make any sense and seeing their other reviews, I see I’m not the only one complaining about them
After I purchased the first bond they were impossible to communicate with. following year, 42yrs in the business and good credit they were unwilling to give me a better rate. They had been charging 33% more then my previous and current bond company. I have saved a substantial amount by shopping and dropping them.
This company has been horrible to work it very responsive when it came to sell now anytime I need changes its been the biggest pain paid 65 dollars for next day delivery going on 2 weeks nothing every time I call I get nothing STAY AWAY
