I am overwhelmingly disappointed. I have a total of 5 bonds through Surety1, in the past they have given me quick responses and execution on bonds, acted professional; I began noticing a huge difference in operations during the summer of 2022. As of today 6/20/23 - I have been waiting 2 weeks for a Bond Verification, not a renewal, a verification as required by the State of Delaware Motor Fuel Tax Admin. First i was denied the verification, then after providing proof that it was needed, I am still waiting. No one will answer... read more
Tried to call Zach several times but they never respond, also their quotation process asks too much docs and information as compared to market
WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! At least that’s what I was expecting. I didn’t even know what a surety bond was when I started the process. All that I knew was I had a travel trailer that I needed to sell and didn’t have a bill of sale or title. It was gifted to me when the owner of the ranch I managed for 3.5 years died. He bought it for me to stay on the property and when he died his kids said he wanted me to have it as a gift for my work.
