Would HIGHLY recommend! I am Store Manager at a Starbucks and we were performing our cleaning cycle on our ice machine. Once we cleaned it and went to turn it back on it would not power up. We had to call around to see if it was still under warranty, which it was. Ice-o-Matic referred Surety to me and they were amazing. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR UNIT, AND THEN CHARGE YOU FOR IT. PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD DO NOT USE THEM!
Brian and his team are courteous, professional, and easy to work with. They've been very helpful with my walk in cooler setup and a few minor issues thereafter immediately resolved. Highly recommended.
