Our closing agent Janna was great until we found out that she did not disclose pertinent information with us about violations from the homeowners and the HOA. When we moved in we already had our final notice from the HOA stating that if we didn’t get our violations fixed we would be penalized up to $100 a day until problem was remedied. Surety’s lawyer reached out and we struck a deal and had to go to Title company to sign the checks. Barbara did a fantastic job with this closing that had a few issues outside the norm. She personally visited the location of the elderly seller and allowed her to sign documents in the comfort of her home. Barbara is responsive, professional and insures the transaction stays on track and makes it to closing!
