Our closing agent Janna was great until we found out that she did not disclose pertinent information with us about violations from the homeowners and the HOA. When we moved in we already had our final notice from the HOA stating that if we didn’t get our violations fixed we would be penalized up to $100 a day until problem was remedied. Surety’s lawyer reached out and we struck a deal and had to go to Title company to sign the checks.
