While the closing process itself went smoothly, our experience afterward was disappointing. We requested signed copies of all documents executed at closing and were assured they would be sent to us; however, we never received them. After several months, we followed up and were again told the documents would be provided. Teresa is TRULY the best. It is very rare that you will find a title agent that will take the time to help explain, educate, and empower all parties involved in the process of closing on the home. I closed with them a few years ago when I bought a house, and they were great. But I needed to get in touch with them today to get a document I was missing and needed for my new home loan, and the front desk agent I spoke with (Le'Ann, I believe?), was just the nicest person to talk to and was able to get me what I needed in less than a couple hours.
