While the closing process itself went smoothly, our experience afterward was disappointing. We requested signed copies of all documents executed at closing and were assured they would be sent to us; however, we never received them. Teresa is TRULY the best. It is very rare that you will find a title agent that will take the time to help explain, educate, and empower all parties involved in the process of closing on the home.
