This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a real estate agency. Michael was completely dishonest and unprofessional from the start. They ignored phone calls, delayed important steps, and pressured us to pay a 10% deposit without offering a cooling-off period, which is completely unethical. Absolute thieves. They were charging water on a shared meter, when I found out is illegal. They took the whole bond for water usage never providing a bill. Thieves.
