Where do I start. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS REAL ESTATE!!! I read the reviews, and ignored the advice. I lived in a ‘Surething’ (how ironic) property for 2 years as a primary tenant. All I can give is the tip of the iceberg (it gets worse as I go along). 1) They don’t do house inspections. I was there for 2 years and we had 1 inspection. I believe you’re supposed to have one every 6 months. 2) In my first 6 months of living there, a very large, heavy chandelier fell out of the living room ceiling. Michael, Sam, and Aida are great, they are very helpful and always try their best to ensure that I can get the best possible outcome. They provide me various alternatives and explained the plus and minus for each options, patiently listen to me, and regularly provide me with status updates. I could not imagine getting any better services.
