Kirsten on the front desk was lovely and gave a great dinner rec. Breakfast was good, decent selection, well stocked. Hallway carpets are pretty gross as well as carpets in the room. Beds and pillows were decent as were the linens. Unfortunately our bathroom was moldy.
The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, the indoor pool was nice, but cold, the room was pretty sizable (fit 2 kids inflatable beds), breakfast which is included was convenient (waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins and bagels), the hotel location was pretty central for what we were doing. Close to the Sundial bridge, Shasta Lake and Whickeytown Lake.
