Amazing staff. Clean, quiet rooms. Convenient location when traveling N/S on 5 fwy. EXECELLENT VALUE FOR THE PRICE. I chose Sure Stay in Redding on my way North for a long road trip from SoCal to Central Washington. I arrived after 12a on the way up, and Tre was very professional, kind & helpful when I checked in, very important to me as a solo female traveler. Carpet in hallways filthy and bunched up so it was difficult to roll a suitcase over it. Picked this hotel because online stated coin laundry and that was confirmed by front desk at arrival. Upon. y arrival at laundry area, found dryer to have "out of orde" sign. Now i don't blame her for break down, I do feel there was poor communication that she didn't know about it.

Would be nice if hotels in general had the pool open a bit later, and light blankets for summer. You just force us to run the a/c harder with a thick duvet. But our stay here was very nice, no real complaints.
