Stephen at front desk went out of his way to make us feel at home. It’s an inexpensive and lace to stay that’s clean and great location. Ask for Stephen he’s a funny friendly guy that knows customer service
Love sure stay rooms are always clean in the prices are great and the staff is wonderful
Friendly service. Attentive to the needs of their guests. Generous breakfast. Clean. Convenient location (for the area). I just spent the better part of a month here and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value. There were a couple of other places in the area I stayed recently, and they did not measure up. SureStay is recommended.
The room we received had moldy duvet sheets, and mold on the chairs and furniture. There was a distinct smell of mustiness in the air and the room was warm and muggy. I know it’s south of Houston, but visible mold? I won’t stay here again.
A really comfortable and quiet nice stay on the way to go on a cruise. Saved hundreds versus a hotel in Galveston. Found this gem and it was perfect for what we needed. Easy to find, a good night sleep, and a good price point.
