Based on the quality to price ratio this place deserves a 5-star rating. Stayed here for a week and had no issues. The family that manages the place did a good job taking care of my team and making sure we got everything we needed. Some of the previous reviews mentioned that there were roaches but none of us saw a single one during our entire stay. This place is half hotel and half motel, so when booking just make sure to call ahead and tell them your room preference and they should be able to hook you up.

I was concerned after reading a couple of reviews. Now I'm not sure what place those people were reviewing. It was very good. No outside rooms, extremely clean. Breakfast was generous. Yes, it had stairs but manageable even with my replaced knees.

After leaving Fort Myers, Florida and driving all day, we needed a place to stay that was near Buc-ees so we could hit them up in the morning. We did a search online and found Surestays Plus Hotel. We pulled into the hotel parking lot and from the looks of it on the outside we were pleasantly surprised. There is a convenience store with gas station on the corner, but it is a separate property.
