The guy at the front counter never told me the TV didn't work when I checked in, when I went back and told him he said the TVs don't work and it should in a few hours. I wouldn't have stayed here if I knew it had no TV, so I asked for a refund or some compensation he refused, the TV never worked the entire stay. If you don't like dishonesty and lack of customer service I would stay away from this place!

Bill was wrong and they wouldn't correct it. And the TV wasn't working, they knew the TVs didn't work but didn't disclose it upon check in. When I told them it didn't work shortly after check in the guy said he knew that and it's getting fixed. It never got fixed and was offered nothing for this.

We get to the hotel and go to our room and there is BLOOD STAINS AND SOME OTHER STAIN on the blankets. We call down and ask for a new comforter and the guy who answers asks for our room but then tells us to come down and get it. The breakfast is awful no hot breakfast unless you make it but it is advertised that there is hot breakfast.
