Hotel is horrible 😫 don't waste your money!!! The managers are rude and unprofessional. The rooms are small ,but clean the breakfast was OK . The lady that checked me in was rude.Asked to check in early and it's like we were bothering her . The best part of the 4 day stay was the pool and some of the staff . Two of their house keepers went above and beyond my expectations and made sure anything I asked for or needed they took care of us. I'm a camp worker with a beautiful 36ft motorhome but once a month I spend at least one night in a hotel room because I'm a woman and enjoy a candle lit bubble bath. I've worked in 36 states and have stayed in a lot of Best Western hotels, this one is more like a motel 6. It's not very clean, the pool and Jacuzzi has so much chlorine in it that it burns your eyes as soon as you walk in. The hotel was nice and checking in was wonderful the ladies at the font desk had very friendly and wonderful attitudes however when checking out the lady at the front desk Angela was very rude, ignored me when i walked up to check out and did not want to give me a receipt for my room because i booked through a third party. This has never been an issue at any hotel i have stayed at for business before. Hotel was very nice. Room was very clean. Best part of my stay was Maddy super nice, extremely helpful, and every time I come down to ask for anything I’m always greeted with a smile!
