Great room....very clean ! Wonderful full breakfast included in the nightly charge! GM truly cares about the patrons....even asking a elderly woman if there was anything else she might need! Impressive!
The day shift front desk are horrendous! I advise against staying here and dealing with them in any capacity. Luis attempts to talk down to people, Michelle loves throwing out condescending language at people Habiba NEVER knows whats shes doing and constantly messes up everyones reservation and is the most rude individual ive had to deal with in hospitality. She always gets complaints yet they never do anything.
A last minute need for a hotel, we got one during a very busy time. Room was very clean with great amenities. Will do it again.
