Thought there was a spa. Nope cemented in. Door didnt open even with green light. Was told it's an old hotel and need to know the trick, up then down. Returned from trip to the cement spa to have no green light from the key and neighbors intimacy being shared through the walls.

To be under the Best Western name needs some updates especially in the rooms. The bed in room 104 needs to be looked very uncomfortable. There was always either dust or trash along the edge of the wall, they need a hose on their vacuum. The breakfast was not too bad, but I do miss the waffle maker. It’s a non-smoking property, but again people are smoking out by the front door. It’s a place to sleep good location.

Was just awful !!! First room we had smalled of cleaning products to hide smell of Urin, and had dog hair everywhere they moved us to another room witch was just as bad smell of old bed uncomfortable . Needs and update real bad . The worst hotel I have ever stayed in .didnt have time to just want to cancel my daughter had a soccer game all day. Otherwise we would have left to another hotel that’s how bad it was .

Awful awful beds are really bad no cushion I can squeeze it almost flat look at the picture I posted furniture is really old really really old, old smelly carpet everywhere and dirty, dog hair lots of it smell like they are try to cover the smell with carpet powder asked for another room and gave us something worse don’t recommend the hallway smell the carpet is so faded the elevator is definitely not safe
