This place looks like a psychiatric ward inside . They did not vacuum the room before giving it to us the soda machine took 2 of my quarters the front desk did not offer me my quarters back. Her body odor was so strong .. and to top it off the toilet set in the room was loose .. this was mb anniversary we were not happy

I have stayed at hundreds of best western hotels over the past 10 years. This was by far the worst. The beds were like sleeping on a cardboard bumpy box. Room was ran down. Keys stopped working after the first day then we had to wait in a line and waste 30 minutes of our time to get a new room key.

Hotel is in good location, but if your staying here for work like I am this hotel dosnt care about your sleep. The will let the doors slam on the lock over and over again in the room right next door to your do not disturb sign they provide. Stains on the floor in several locations, dirty grout and Cracks aswell. Burn stains on the bath tub. And stains on pillows. And staff just dosnt care.

Très mauvaise expérience, petit dej jusqu'à 10h le samedi. J'arrive a 9h15, plu rien et "on a déjà tout mis on ne remet pas"... Et les femmes de ménage qui crient, même hurlent, pour se parler entre elles le matin à 9h alors qu'on veut dormir jusqu'à 11h
