Our stay at the Sure Stay Plus in Reading, PA was incredibly underwhelming and did not meet our expectations. Over the course of our three-night stay, we ended up staying in three different rooms, which unfortunately overshadowed the entire experience. To start, things didn't seem too bad. The check-in process was smooth, and Lisa at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
