Absolute dog shit! False advertisement no utensils, no hot tub as advertised.. service can’t come to an agreement with booking for what they promised. Booking and the concierge went at it and as always best western is best dog house. Absolutely pissed off I would recommend to use a tent and bring your own utensils to be safe.

We reserved the conference room for business purposes. The team was fantastic and very helpful in getting us reserved and providing for some very specific needs, including making sure we had WiFi access, help with audio and technology set up for a videotaped deposition, and coffee. Working with the sales team was so easy. Plus the hotel is right off the freeway exit. I highly recommend!

The day before our arrival we were asked for our arrival time. Arrived a little late and were told our room would not be ready for another 30 minutes. The check in person was not friendly. When we came back she had a friendly helper who actually checked with housekeeping to find out if our room was ready. I had to ask about the complimentary water we generally get as elite members and was given a nice snack bag. There was no coffee maker in the room.
