These rooms are OLD and the hotel is OLD. It needs to be renovated badly, the wallpaper was bubbling and the hair dryer is yellow. There was mold in my bathroom, and hair everywhere. I would not stay here again, the pictures made it look renovated but it’s not. The staff was friendly.
The room was very dirty and the bathroom had pubic hairs everywhere. It’s like they didn’t clean between visits. When I told the front desk they said they couldn’t do anything about it because we had booked through Expedia.
The employees were very nice accommodating, dinner was great, breakfast was also great.
Cat owners beware!!!!! Pet Friendly is a stretch. My wife and I are moving across the country with our two cats. We called (3 times before someone answered) and spoke with the front desk, prior to setting a reservation. We specifically asked if cats are allowed in the hotel, they told us yes. 13 hours later, after driving from Amarillo, TX, we stop at SureStay for the night, just to be told our cats are not allowed and pet friendly only allows for dogs.
