We booked from April 1st to April 8th, but left on the 5th because the conditions were unacceptable. The pull-out couch was filthy—stains all over the cushions and mattress, plus crumbs and no bedding provided. There was a roach crawling on the wall near our clothes, which was the final straw. The pool was closed, the “business center” was being used for storage, and breakfast was the same few mediocre items every day. This place does not live up to the Best Western name. Would not recommend to anyone.
