I checked into the hotel at approximately 12:52 AM and immediately discovered that the property is undergoing active renovations. This was not disclosed during the booking process. The issues I experienced include: • Strong construction smell throughout the property. • Ongoing renovation activity. • Elevator not working. • Conditions that are not suitable for my family, as my wife and child have asthma. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The AC worked great. The channel selection on the TV was fantastic. The employees were amazing. But there were roaches in the bathroom. 3 different types, all alive and running from the light. If not for that, I would have rated the room 5 stars.
