The smell of cleaning products was a bit strong in the hallways. The rooms were clean, but I found a baby bottle under our bed when we left. The water pressure SUCKS! Remember, I'm a plumber😉 The breakfast was nothing special. The store had a ok selection for a hotel, but a bit pricey. Icemakers were on 2nd and 3rd floors.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We checked in with 5 people, they wouldn’t give us enough towels so everyone could shower. Front desk guy literally counted every towel when we brought down the few dirty ones we had so we could get more. The entire floor smelled of marijuana. We got no room service because apparently we didn’t ask for it. When we walked in the building after being gone all day, there was a giant cockroach. We killed it. Shame. Rooms are big and comfortable, beds are great too. But the woman at the desk as well as the breakfast attendant were rude. This place is in a terrible area; they've got enough going against them without acting like jerks to nice people. We come to nearby Plano Events Center three times a year for trade shows, but will not return.
