The woman at the front desk (who might be the manager) is extremely rude.
We have stayed here several times. Staff and management are amazing. Location is great. Easy access to George Bush and 75. Lots of great food and shops close. Extremely close to downtown plano. Full breakfast, gym, pool and spa. Great place to stay with great prices.
One of the best hotels in Plano, exceptional front desk clerk & staff. Very clean floors & all the extra amenities you would expect in much more expensive accommodations. The ladies operating the front desk area are always willing to show the extra effort to make your stay pleasant.
Staff has been more than accommodating and caring… I am in from OKC due to my dad being life flighted here, and they have more than taken care of me. Gracie, and the night team are phenomenal, and the breakfast is great! Thank you all.
