Professional staff from start to finish. Room was immaculate and that’s important to us.
completely mismanaged staff is inefficient. They put a hold on my credit card. They changed my room without my authorization and held the funds on my card for no reason whatsoever they needed my authorization to do that. I’ve tried to resolve and they won’t answer my phone my calls. As far as I’m concerned this place is worthless.
