We are fairly frequent hotel, Best Western, guests and this was absolutely the worst we've evered stayed. Where do I start...Pulled into the parking lot and it looked like homeless housing. Literally, as I am quite sure many people are staying here long term. Two cars in the parking lot had busted windows. Many people loitering around the outside and parking lot. To have someone in your hotel steal another person's credit card and use it for their own personal gain is disgusting. I am so glad that I caught this and I'm so glad it's turned over to the fraud department with my bank. You better be lucky I was not in North Carolina because I would have chargers brought up that person as well as the person that brings up the credit card in the hotel.
